Swiss International Air Lines review by Roland

One of my worst experiences ever with an airline! One of my flights was cancelled without the airline company bothering to inform me. So I finally found out about it when I tried to check in. When I asked why it was cancelled I got the bogus answer because of "unexpected flight safety shortcoming". What it actually meant was that it was cancelled because there weren't enough passengers on that flight to make it profitable and so they decided to just cancel the flight and move all passengers to another flight 6 hours later. I really would not recommend to anybody flying with them since you can't be sure you'll get there on the day and time you planned to!
