Zero stars. Very disappointed with Singapore air. Not so much due to in flight issues, but from a customer service/policy standpoint. I had hundreds of thousands of air miles banked with the airline. These are miles I accumulated by spending hard earned money to receive. One day I logged on to use the miles and they were gone. I called Singapore and they told me that the miles had expired. I did NOT receive a warnings about this and when the issue was looked into, I was simply told - sorry no miles anymore. This is really an insult. If you bank miles for future use with an airline, what gives them the ok to simply zero them out??? I will never fly with them again and I have pulled my company account as well. I advise that you choose them wisely and look around for alternative travel.

Whenever I travel with Turkish Airlines, I am really satisfied, the plane leaves on time and the cabin crew is very attentive to everyone. It seems that I will prefer Turkish Airlines frequently from now on.

أسافر كثيراً وأحب أن أقيّم كل رحلة على حدة. سافرت الأسبوع الماضي إلى إسطنبول على متن الخطوط الجوية التركية وكانت رحلة جيدة جداً، وكانت المساحة المخصصة للأرجل كافية جداً وكانت المقاعد مريحة. كانت رحلتي مريحة للغاية.

طيران السعودية ممتاز ولكن يحتاج القيل من التعديلات و خوصوصا الدرجة الاولى و البزنيس ومنها توسيع المساحة وتقليل السعر ولو قليل

I traveled with Etihad Airways in February 2024, relocating to Australia, and it was hands down the most frustrating travel experience I’ve ever had. They LOST my luggage, which contained essential items like medications, electronics, makeup, and household goods. After two months of supposedly searching, they confirmed they couldn't find my luggage. I then filed a claim for the value of my lost items, which came to around 8,000 AUD, only for them to offer me a ridiculous 405 USD – barely covering the cost of my suitcase! Despite multiple attempts to negotiate for a fair compensation, they flat-out refused to increase the amount. What’s worse is that after I begrudgingly accepted this insult of an offer, they asked for my bank details to transfer the compensation. Fast forward 9 months, and I still haven’t received a single cent. I’ve provided the same details over and over, yet their staff are utterly clueless. Every time I contact them, I have to retell the whole story because they have no idea what’s going on. It’s clear they’re just using delay tactics to avoid paying me. I’ve lost thousands of dollars worth of items, and I’m beyond furious. I will NEVER travel with Etihad again and would strongly advise anyone else to avoid them at all costs. This airline is completely unreliable and untrustworthy!

I recently flew with Turkish Airlines and I can say that they really know their customers very well. They always go one step above expectations.

En la aplicación móvil de Turkish Airlines, todas las transacciones son más fáciles, definitivamente no pierdes tiempo, no pierdes tiempo. No creo que vuelva a esperar durante la facturación.
