Economy Class

My experience with Tarom Flight no: RO0256 It was my first time flying with them. I got to the airport 1am in the morning and found out the flight was cancelled. They didn't send any email or sms to inform me about the flight. I talked their service agency. She said " sorry sir! I cannot help you. Here is their service line. You need to call them ( International call ) " It was Saturday. They pushed my flight to Monday. As I have planned my trip and booked all the hotel. I ended up booking another airline to fly out on the same day, waited in the airport for 12 hours and sitting on cafe writing this review while I'm waiting for my flight.
