Air Canada review by Dzaner

Currently in transit in FRA with my service dog. The german ground staff made a huge issue about my pet carrier even though it has been on previous AC flights prior to this one. They were unbelievably rude, dismissive and lack zero EI or customer service skill and caused an anxiety attack of which they are aware. As a Canadian i cannot believe this is how we choose to represent ourselves globally. Never flying with AC again.
