Terrible experience both with website and check-in. We have bought economy comfort for our longer flight, not to kill our backs. To Vietnam everything was fine, but when we were trying to check-in for a return flight it appeared, that our seats will be freely allocated. Their customer support was hanging for three hours, redirecting us from one call center to another, and all they could tell us, was "We will send and urgent email, wait for your reply". When we finally got to a person, who at least was trying to help, he advised us to fill the feedback form to get the reference number. The catch is the following: feedback is usually handled within 48hrs and check-in opens ONLY 24hrs prior to the flight. Plus, information that call center provided, regarding sales office, that could potentially help us was a plain lies: there are no sales office at Ho Chi Minh airport and airline representatives are there only during baggage drop off/check in period. In general - avoid at all costs, choose any other option but TA.
