American Airlines review by Alan

Our first flight in 17 months due to Covid. Chile is still locked down to international travel to all but Chilean residents so we could get exit permits, took PCR tests as required by the USA and off we went. What a surprise. Santiago to Dallas in Premium Economy on a spotless 787. About half full and the cabin crew was incredibly nice, helpful, etc. The dinner was better than recent business experiences on AA, they stowed our son's guitar in the business class closet....everything was as good as it can be. And for us very frequent flyers it was great to be back in the air. Our connecting flight to Denver was jammed but again, good crew, fast baggage return (and the guitar in the close again). Kudos to AA
