Not impressed that kids get offered extra leg room seats don't think they had to pay for them! If a plane still has ashtrays you KNOW you're in for a horrid flight!!!! Cockroaches crawling around on TWO of my flights ..... Outdated old and staff manners leave ALOT TO BE DESIRED!
